Welcome to our online store 7-hobby.com. Before register to order, please read and agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

1: Sale and Purchase

7-hobby.com is a B2C online retailing website at a global scale, which supplies with toys and collectibles of good quality and best prices. Because of the meticulous technological requirements of this industry, most of our products have no enough stock though we don’t restrict the maximum quantity of an item that can be ordered per customer. If you are a retailer and you need to order in bulk, go to 7-hobby.us to preorder, which is our wholesale website.

Preorder conditions

Please read and agree the following pre-order conditions before ordering preorder items

1.) Each pre-order item is marked with the expected release date, which is just an estimated shipping date from the manufacturer. We are not guarantee this product will arrive surely in time, and the actual arrival time is up to the manufacturer. Pre-order items might be late due to manufacturer delays. We can only ensure to arrange shipment as soon as they arrive. We will inform you no matter the products you ordered are in stock early or late.

2.) Pre-order items have to be paid in full when you place the order, so please ensure that your payment is successful, otherwise the order will not be taken.

3.) Please make sure to place different Pre-order items in each order. Because Pre-order items may have different expected shipping date, we will ship out them once they become available, so extra shipping charge may occur if place multiple different Pre-order items in one single order.

4.) In order to ensure you can receive the goods as soon as possible, and minimum the shipping cost, please don't put the pre-order item and in-stock item in one order, otherwise we will not arrange shippment until the pre-order item is released.

2: Inventory Level

Products on 7-hobby.com has three different status: “Add To Cart”, “Choose Options” and “Pre-Order Now”.  Product with the button of “Add To Cart” indicates that it is in stock and you can purchase it directly. Product with the button of “Choose Options” indicates that it is a variant product, and you can choose a variation from the product options. Products with the button of “Pre-Order Now” can’t be purchased directly, and you need to preorder. For the products in stock, you need to choose the quantity before order, and it might appear a hint window which tells you that we have not enough inventories. In this way, just choose a smaller quantity instead. On 7-hobby.com, there are also some products without any button below. These products are out of stock or have no PreOrder date yet. We can’t guarantee when it will be available. You can check back at a later stage, or subscribe our Newsletter for possible restock schedule.

3: Prices

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable tax and delivery fees. We charge tax only in States where products are taxable, and delivery fees will not be added to the total price if the item you purchase is free shipping (The shipping weight of each product on the site includes the weight of the packing materials). Prices for products on the website may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

4: Payment

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase, and both credit card and Paypal payment are available here. Money order, Debit card, Pay in Store are only available for customers in US. Your purchased products will be delivered to your chosen address only after your payment has been made and cleared, both in in-stock and preorder products.  If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card or PayPal account status, you must change your information online in the account information section of 7-hobby.com or contact us directly.

5: Passing Of Property

We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us.

6: Passing Of Risk

The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery, and you bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.

7: Delivery

We accept and ship orders globally. We have multiple warehouses which locates in LA, USA, Hong Kong, and China. The shipping cost is still calculated based on our main warehouse in LA automactilly. If an item is in hot sale and short in our LA warehouse, we will then dispatch the same item from other warehouses to purchaser directly, and 7-hobby.com will be responsible for the extra shipping cost may occurred. This is to ensure that our customers can get their order fast and efficient. Please note, all Custom tax or related cost which been charged by destination countries, is the responsiblity of purchasers, 7-hobby.com is not responsible for all the corresponding costs. In-stock products will be dispatched within 2 working days, however, the time of delivery fully depends on the carrier service providers, it may take up to 7 days within United States, and up to 10-21 days elsewhere. Customers can always track their orders' delivery status by tracking numbers that we provide.

8: Right to Cancel or Return

You have the right to cancel your order before shipment. If the product is defected or damaged, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt, otherwise it will not be accepted. If a repaire or replacement is unavailable, we will refund your payment including the purchase price and delivery charge once we verify the information with you. We normally do not take any returns on the products without any problem. A return of undamaged product in brand new condition may be accepted after customer made a contact with us and a 15% restocking fee of the product value will be applied to customer after we have accept the return.
